(which I am generally bad at in my own home)

• What are your turn around times?
All orders have a turn around time of up to 2 weeks.(Unless stated othetwise). All items are made to order by me. As a number of my products require hand drawn illustrations, I need to give myself enough time to complete rough drafts and final copies.

Where are you posting orders from?
I am located in West Melbourne and post with Australia Post.

Can I change or cancel/receive refund for my order once placed?
I will always be as accommodating as I can be. If changes need to be made, please contact me ASAP. Once your order has been made by me, I am not able to change, cancel or refund your order.
Cancellations & refunds will not be offered for illustrations or personalised designs as a lot of time is taken to work on these. Up to 3 small changes for illustrations and personalised work will be offered if needed (including invitations).

What if the colour on my print/product is different to the copy on my screen/monitor?
Unfortunately colours differ on all screens and monitors. Due to this it cannot be guaranteed that the final printing product/made product will match the colour on your device and therefore cannot issue a refund based on this reason.

• Do you take on custom work?
Always open to custom orders! If you have a typography type design, design ideas for the acrylic range or hand illustration ideas in mind, please get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss your ideas further and we can go from there.

• Do you do rush orders?

In most cases, yes, just please email me or dm me first to confirm I can in the time frame needed. Rush orders (and some custom orders) will incur a $10 fee.

• Do you make these yourself?
Yes, all acrylic products and illustrations are done and made by myself.

• If I order a custom illustration arch, what type of photo would be best?
Choosing a photo that best suits the arch shape will always be best. Obviously having 3 or more people standing in a row will limit the space used on the arch. Always try to send through a high quality photo. If you have more than 3 people in your photo, please contact me first to discuss.

• If I order a custom illustration arch, do I see a draft copy before it being made?
Yes, I will email you a draft copy of your illustration to the email you used at checkout. Once approved by you, I will go ahead and make your arch.

• What colour vinyl is best used with which acrylic finish?
For the most part, this is purely a personal decision and based on what you think looks best. With that said, some pairs look better together depending on what you are choosing to do with them. For example, having white vinyl on a clear or frosted acrylic against a white wall will sometimes become lost in photos, depending on your photo editing. But if you're purchasing it just to look at it and for it to look pretty in your house, it's perfect. That option would also stand out even better in front of a coloured wall. The darker the vinyl, the more it stands out, but there's something so beautiful and soft about white on frosted.

• How do I take care of the acrylic products?
If your product has fingerprints or gets dusty, I usually just use a lightly damp tissue or cloth to spot rub the finger print, or give it a light wipe over to get rid of the dust.
Due to the intricacy of the designs, please do not rub hard on the vinyl side as it may cause the vinyl to lift and lose its adhesive.

• What type of paint is used, if chosen?
I use a non-toxic water based paint on all acrylic products, including a non-toxic water based paint sealer. While the paint is safe, please be careful not to let your little babes put them in their mouths.
• How are they painted?
I use a mix of paint brushes and/or rollers to try and get the perfect coverage. But due to the nature of paint, some areas may be darker or lighter as they are all hand painted. They are then sprayed with a paint sealer.

Do you include facial features in your drawings?
Currently I do not include facial features, tattoos, clothing details/patterns, jewellery and that alike.

• Can I send multiple photos for 1 illustration and/or make changes to body positions/colours etc.?
All illustration listings and prices are based under a 1 photo reference. Body positions cannot be changed. Clothing colours can be changed, please just let me know when emailing through your photo or when i send through your draft copy. If you have 2 or more photos to reference for 1 illustration, please email or direct message me first to discuss.

When ordering Hand Illustrations, what is included as a 'persons'?
Any main figures/objects you want to be drawn is included as a 'persons'. For example; If you would like 2 adults, 1 baby and 1 pet, that would equal 4 persons. If you would like 1 car and 1 adult, that would be 2 persons. 1 house, 2 adults, 1 child and 2 pets would be 6 persons.

How will I receive my digital hand illustration once ordered?
After approving a draft copy, your final copy will be emailed to you personally from me (at the given times stated in listings or as otherwise notified) and will need to be downloaded.

- What do I do with the files once received?
Once you have received the digital files via email, you will need to download them. From there you can save them to a USB to take to your chosen profession printer (eg Officeworks). You can also upload it to the Officeworks website to order online, or email it to the printers you have chosen.

• Where can I print my illustration?
You have a few options for printing. Most popular is Officeworks. Although not as high quality as a professional printers, they are usually the easiest, quickest and well priced. You can transfer the files to a USB and take that instore, or email to their company email once instore also. Or you can upload to their website to order online.
Snap printing or any company equivalent is also another option. Or any local professional printing companies around your area can also help to.
Alternatively, you can always print at home on your personal printer, depending on what size your printer can print. Be sure to check your printer settings before printing and make sure "high quality" printing is selected.
I have a great printer at home, being the HP ENVY Pro 6420 All-in-one, with some high quality paper (HP Colour choice 160gsm A4) which I use to print all my A4 designs. It prints really well, I have been very impressed with it.

What paper is best to have them printed on?
Of course you can always just use standard paper, but high quality prints are usually printed on high quality paper. A standard thick card stock is 160gsm matte, coated or gloss, but it comes down to a personal preference as card stock can go up to a 220gsm (or higher at some printers). (GSM refers to the thickness of the paper/card stock.)

Officeworks and professional printers will have options for you to choose from.
Personally I pick a 160gsm coated from Officeworks.

What if my illustrations/prints are marked or damaged from printing?
Unfortunately, I can not do anything about prints being damaged or marked once printed (please see Terms & Conditions for more info). You will need to take it up with the printing company you used. Usually they will reprint free of charge being that it was a printer mark or stock damage to paper, but I cannot be sure they will offer that. If you have printed at home using your personal printer, check your printer settings or if printer needs ink, paper, a clean or a service.
