Turn around times are explained on each product listing but are based on an approximate time. While I try hard to get orders out as soon as possible, there may come a time where I am behind. In this case, you will be notified by email.
If you contact me via email, dm through instagram or pm through facebook, I will endeavor to try and reply as fast as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days.
Everything is done by me, from the illustrations & designs, to packaging & writing the addresses.. and everything else before & between.
Every item is made to order to what the customer has chosen, with many pieces being custom or personalised designs. Everything is handmade. While it is always my intention to make sure everything is perfect to my eye, being handmade means it may not be perfect to someone else's. No two pieces will be exactly the same. If something is slightly unlevel or has darker/lighter spots of paint etc, these show the true nature of it being handmade and should be considered when ordering.
Due to the intricacy of detailed designs on the Acrylic range, these need to be well looked after. Excessive rubbing/wiping or that alike on vinyl side, which causes vinyl to lift and lose adhesive will not be the fault of Twenty Seven Stories. Just like when you purchase fine jewellery or lace clothing, it needs to be looked after. While these products aren't as designer as those items, they still have a duty of care to be adhered to.
Free Shipping is ONLY available for digital illustration purchases. If Free Shipping is selected for products that have physical items shipped when there is not a free shipping promo, your order will not be processed or posted until the postage fee has been paid. You will be contacted via email and be sent an invoice to pay the shipping cost.
Untracked postage is for up to 5 bookmarks and or key tags. Untracked postage does not come with tracking and will be posted as a letter. Untracked postage is at risk of getting lost and is up to the customer if they choose to take that risk when purchased. Unfortunately TSS can not be held responsible if Untracked postage is lost or does not deliver.
Refunds or Returns will not be accepted unless fault of my own.
If you are needing a rush order, please email or dm me first to confirm before placing an order. Rush orders (and some custom orders, depending on the work) will incur a $10 fee.
All orders will be posted with Australia Post and tracking numbers will be updated within 48 hours, if tracked postage has been chosen.
If express shipping is selected at checkout, please be aware this only speeds up postage time with Aus Post. Express Post DOES NOT speed up turnaround times. If you need a rush order, please contact me to discuss. Rush Orders will not be accepted unless discussed between us and approved by me before ordering.
Once your order is with Aus Post, I have absolutely no control over it. None. Nada. Zilch. Zero. I have no control over how long it takes, where it goes before it gets to you or what state or what condition it arrives in. As great as Aus Post can be sometimes, other times they can be just as bad and I totally get it. Unfortunately, it's a risk we all take whenever we order something online. I cannot be held responsible or take responsibility for Aus Post's actions. In saying that, on the off chance your order does go missing or arrives damaged, I will work with you to find or replace your order. Charges will be applicable.
At the end of it all, after all the nitty gritty, I'm just a solo mama of two little boys doing my very best I can with little to no help in all aspects of life, so your support, understanding and patience means so very much and I thank you in advance for it ♡
