Shipping Policy

Twenty Seven Stories has a flat rate shipping price for Australia of $7.95.
All orders will be posted with Australia Post and tracking numbers will be updated within 48 hours.

Turn around times for shipping is on or before 2 weeks (unless stated otherwise) after placing an order. Additional processing & postage times may apply at busy times, sale periods or holiday dates being Christmas or public holidays etc.

All orders are posted from Metro Melbourne usually on a Wednesday or Friday. 

Please keep in mind Aus Post current delays due to Covid.

If express shipping is selected at checkout, please be aware this ONLY speeds up postage time with Aus Post. Express Post DOES NOT speed up turnaround times.

If you need a rush order, please contact me to discuss. Rush Orders will not be accepted unless discussed between us and approved by me before ordering.

Once your order is with Aus Post, I have absolutely no control over it. None. Nada. Zilch. Zero. I have no control over how long it takes, where it goes before it gets to you or what state or what condition it arrives in. As great as Aus Post can be sometimes, other times they can be just as bad and I totally get it. Unfortunately, it's a risk we all take whenever we order something online. I cannot be held responsible or take responsibility for Aus Post's actions. In saying that, on the off chance your order does go missing or arrives damaged, I will work with you to find or replace your order. Charges will be applicable if needing to be replaced.
