Refund Policy

Except for fault on my own, TwentySeven Stories does not accept returns or refunds on any product sold or for change of mind once an order has been placed. This includes all TwentySeven Stories pieces and those of other business available to purchase.

Every item is made to order to what the customer has chosen, with many pieces being custom or personalised designs. Everything is handmade. While it is always my intention to make sure everything is perfect to my eye, being handmade means it may not be perfect to someone else's. No two pieces will be exactly the same. If something is slightly unlevel or has darker/lighter spots of paint etc, these show the true nature of it being handmade and should be considered when ordering.

If the customer has incorrectly spelt name/s/wording, picked the wrong arch finish/vinyl colour/paint colour/illustration/font or anything alike, this will be the fault of the customer and will not be refunded or replaced.
If you have placed an order and realise you have made a mistake in any form, please contact me within 24 hours of ordering. I can not guarantee the mistake can be amended if I have already started your order, but any changes after this will not be accepted.

If I have made any mistake to what a customer has ordered, I will absolutely replace that order as soon as I possibly can. This may be subject to available stock and may take up to 2 weeks to create and post.

If you have any problems with your order, you must notify me within 7 days of recieving your piece/s by email explaining the problem, with photo's if needed.
